The room was clean and well-furnished. Tea and coffee facilities were available. Breakfast was really good (I liked the pastries). Parking vouchers provided great convenience.
The hairdryer provided was quite old.

really good SEASIDE stay
easy access friendly staff homemade option
the location impressed me. It provided easy access to local attractions and the beach. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any queries. I found the breakfast to be quite excellent, PARTICULARLY the homemade options.
i noticed minor wear in some areas of the room.

good and super clean stay
super clean bathroom comfortable bed friendly staff
my teenage daughter and i spent three nights. our room had a large, well-kept bed, a window sofa, and two armchairs. the bathroom was super clean (i am very ocd!). breakfast each morning was great and the staff, especially ben and the ladies preparing the food, were pleasant. i plan to return and recommended this place.
despite assurances, our room's location near the front door caused constant disturbances from guests. the inner front door key needed a wiggle to work (we learned this from the owner).

the double room contained a king-sized bed with premium bedding, ensuring comfort. a tv with cable channels provided entertainment, with tea and coffee making facilities available. individual climate control maintained a comfortable temperature.
